- Bayleaf Restaurant Locals Card is personal and only valid for 1 customer
- After 2 validated visits to Bayleaf Restaurant, card bearer is entitled to receive on free drink on the 3rd visit.
- After 4 validated visits to Bayleaf Restaurant, card bearer is entitled to receive one free main course on the 5th visit
- To be validated, a visit must be recorded on the card with restaurant stamp and manager/supervisor’s initial
- Bayleaf Restaurant Locals Cardprizes cannot be redeemed in cash
- Bayleaf Restaurant reserves the right to suspend the Bayleaf Restaurant Locals Card initiative at any time with no obligation to its customers.
